Using the store
These terms apply when you browse the store or place an order. Use the site lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and do not interfere with the service or another customer’s use. Product descriptions, dimensions and options are provided to help you choose; review the selected variant and its details before ordering.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Review the product, quantity, delivery details and total before placing an order. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If a listing or price contains an error, or an item is unavailable, we will contact you about the options rather than silently substitute a different product. Payment methods offered for your order appear at checkout.
Delivery, changes and returns
Australian standard shipping is free. Our Shipping Policy explains processing, transit estimates and what to do if a parcel is delayed or an address needs correction. Contact us promptly about a change or cancellation; we will check whether the order can be changed before dispatch. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy, in addition to any rights that cannot be excluded.
Service and liability
We aim to keep the site and information accurate and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor failure we will provide a remedy required by law, including a free repair within a reasonable time where appropriate. If a problem is not remedied as required, further rights may apply. These rights are not limited by our voluntary change-of-mind policy or its time limits.
